Did you know that you can assign company values to your recognitions? Once this feature is enabled, it provides a clear view of the values being highlighted through recognition moments across your organization.
Enable Company Value Assignment
To activate this feature, follow these steps:
Go to the Administration menu in the left-hand navigation.
Select Customization, then Recognition.
Enable the toggle “Associate recognition cards with company values.”
That’s it! You can now create your company values.
Manage Company Values
From Administration > Customization > Praise Customization, you can add, edit, or delete the company values displayed in the recognition tool.
To add a new value, click “+ Add new values” and complete the required fields.
Once finished, click “Update values” to save your changes.
Associate Values with Recognition Cards
Once your values are set up, any new recognition card can be associated with one or more company values. When writing a recognition message, the sender can select the relevant values from those displayed at the bottom of the comment box.
This association helps increase the visibility of organizational values and provides better insight into which values are being lived and recognized daily.
Want to find out which values are recognized the most? You can access the Praise module dashboard and apply each value as a filter to view the results.
