Once the 50-comment threshold is reached, follow these steps:
Go to the Results menu, then click Comments.
Select the survey name.
For recurring surveys, choose the desired analysis period.
(For one-time diagnostic surveys, the analysis covers the entire survey duration.)Apply filters if needed; otherwise, the AI tool will analyze all available comments.
In the AI Assistant banner, click Analyze comments.
That’s it! All that’s left to do is watch your inbox for the analysis completion notification.
To access the analysis results, return to the platform and click the Analyze comments button. The analysis results will be displayed below the panel.
