AI-powered comment analysis can be initiated by an administrator or any other user who has access to comments.
Ideally, the analysis is performed at the organizational level, so it covers all available comments.
Once the analysis is complete, all users whose roles grant them access to organizational results and comments will receive an email notification.
This eliminates the need to manually inform users that the analysis is complete.
By default, only the HR Employee and Administrator roles (as configured when the account was created) have access to these settings.

Note that if managers or other roles have access to the comments of their immediate team, they will be able to view the analysis results related to their team members.
They don't need to initiate a separate analysis, as long as an analysis has already been performed at the organizational level.
