To start benefiting from the performance module and create more meaningful development conversations within your teams, simply follow the steps below.
The setup is done directly within the Platform Settings.
The module must be activated by an administrator.

Steps to activate the performance module
Open the Administration menu.
Go to Account.
Select the Modules tab.
Activate the Performance Module.
That’s it!
Once activated, the Performance Management section will automatically appear in the main menu for users who have the appropriate permissions.
You’ll then be ready to start structuring your development initiatives directly within the platform.
