How to review results in the Performance Module

Results become available once responses have been completed.

Each initiative has its own dedicated results. Responses are not combined across multiple exercises.

The goal is not simply to collect answers, but to help prepare conversations that are more concrete and better aligned with the employee experience.

In a 360 feedback initiative

You will notably be able to review:

  • individual responses;

  • associated comments;

  • certain response distributions depending on the question type.

These results help managers better understand different perspectives and prepare more meaningful follow-up discussions.

In a self-assessment

You will find the respondent’s complete answers in order to better understand:

  • their experience;

  • their reflections;

  • their needs;

  • their priorities;

  • their aspirations.

Self-assessments are designed to create space for reflection and help guide more personalized conversations.

Important things to know about results

Performance initiatives within Amelio are built around a transparent approach.

As a result:

  • responses are not anonymous;

  • participant names are visible;

  • comments are associated with each person;

  • results are not aggregated;

  • no overall average score is calculated.

This approach is designed to encourage:

  • more constructive conversations;

  • clearer discussions;

  • a better understanding of the context behind responses.

The goal is not to produce a final score, but rather to support useful discussions and more concrete follow-ups.
