Select the number of reminders and when they should be sent

1. Go to the Performance Management module
2. Open the Evaluation Cycles section
3. Select the cycle you want to configure
4. Navigate to Scheduling Settings
5. Select the number of reminders and when they should be sent

Reminders are automatically sent only to employees who have not yet completed their evaluation at the time of delivery.

💡 We recommend scheduling 1 to 2 automatic reminders to improve participation rates without overwhelming employees.
