What Is an Employee Personality Profile?

Learn what the Employee Personality Profile is, what information it contains, and how it helps employees collaborate more effectively across your organization.

The Employee Personality Profile is an enhancement to the employee profile that helps colleagues get to know one another beyond job titles.

In addition to standard employee information, it provides valuable context about each person's responsibilities, expertise, work preferences, strengths, and interests. This makes it easier to identify the right person to contact, collaborate more effectively, and build stronger working relationships across teams.

The profile is divided into two complementary sections:

  • Work Profile, which explains the employee's role within the organization.

  • Personality Profile, which highlights the employee's experience, preferences, strengths, and work style.

Together, these sections help employees quickly understand who does what and how each person prefers to collaborate.
