How Is the Employee Personality Profile Completed?

Learn how Employee Personality Profiles are completed, updated, and managed through surveys or manual edits.

Employees can complete their Personality Profile in two different ways:

  1. by responding to a Personality Profile Survey

  2. by updating their profile manually

This flexibility allows profiles to stay up to date as employees develop new skills, certifications, and interests.

Complete the profile manually

Employees can update their profile at any time.

To do so:

  1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner

  2. Select My Profile

  3. Open either the Work Profile or Personality Profile tab

  4. Add, modify, or remove your information

You may update information such as:

  • certifications

  • skills

  • work preferences

  • interests

  • expertise

  • collaboration preferences

Don't forget to save your changes before you leave.

Complete the profile through a survey

Organizations can also invite employees to complete a Personality Profile Survey.

Once submitted, responses are automatically transferred to the employee’s profile.

There is no need to manually copy the information afterward.

If an employee completes the survey again later, their existing answers are displayed and can simply be updated instead of being completed again from the beginning.

Keep profiles up to date

Personality Profiles are designed to evolve.

Employees are encouraged to update them whenever they:

  • earn a certification

  • develop new skills

  • change responsibilities

  • discover new interests

  • want their profile to better reflect how they work today

Good to know

Administrators and HR users can also edit employee profiles when necessary, for example, to remove information from departed employees or help maintain accurate profiles across the organization.
