Administrators can choose whether employees are permitted to publish anonymously in Colab.
When anonymous posting is disabled, employees can no longer submit challenges or ideas anonymously. Every post will display its author.
Important: This setting applies to the entire Colab module. It cannot be enabled or disabled for individual challenges.
Change the anonymity setting
To update this setting:
Go to Administration
Select Customization
Open the Ideas section
Update the Anonymity setting according to your organization's preferences
This change does not affect existing ideas and challenges. It only applies to new ideas and challenges created after the setting is updated.
