Generate a report for a manager's immediate team

Learn how to generate a report for a manager's immediate team to identify priorities within their direct team.

When reviewing survey results, managers often want to understand what is happening within their own team before deciding where to take action.

The Immediate Team Insights report focuses on employees who report directly to a manager. This makes it easier to identify strengths, prioritize actions, and compare the team's results with those of the broader organization.

Whether preparing for a team discussion, identifying improvement opportunities, or monitoring progress over time, this report helps managers make decisions based on the reality of their team.

Generating both an Immediate Team report and a broader team report makes it easy to compare results and identify which priorities are specific to a manager's direct team.
