Create or Edit an Organizational Value

Learn how to create, edit, and manage organizational values used in the Performance Management module so they reflect your organization's culture.

Why Create Organizational Values?

Organizational values represent the behaviours your organization wants to encourage every day.

Within the Performance Management module, they serve as reference points for manager feedback. By associating questions with each value, they become measurable criteria that help managers observe how employees bring your organization's culture to life.

Every organization is unique. That's why you can create values that reflect your mission, vision, and the behaviours you want to encourage across your teams.

Create an Organizational Value

To create a new organizational value:

  1. Open the Performance Management menu

  2. Go to Visions & Values

  3. Click + Add Value

  4. Enter the value name

  5. Add a description and choose an icon

  6. If your Amelio work environment is bilingual, make sure to add a translation

  7. Save your changes

The new value can then be used in your manager feedback questionnaires.

Edit an Organizational Value

As your organization evolves, your values may evolve as well.

To edit an existing value:

  1. Open the list of organizational values

  2. Select the three dots next to the name of the value you want to edit

  3. Update the information

  4. Save your changes

The updated value will be available for future manager feedback.

Once your organizational values have been created, you can associate questions with each value to include them in manager feedback.
