A step-by-step guide on how to get started with Amélio, including setting up your account, creating surveys and analyzing results.

To get started with Amélio, here are the steps to follow:

1. Communicate the initiative;

2. Add employees;

3. Launch the survey.

1️⃣ Communicate the initiative

The Amélio platform includes explanatory videos and tutorials for employees. As soon as they sign up, they will be told what Amélio is and why it will benefit them.


However, the most effective way to communicate the initiative is to hold small group meetings to personally explain what Amélio is and why you have decided to use it.

2️⃣ Add employees

Employees can be added very easily in the platform. For your first Amélio survey, we will help you import your list of employees to build your database.

3️⃣ Let's go!

That's it, you are now ready to engage your employees! We will take care of contacting employees to complete the surveys and we will remind them if they forget.

But make sure they are involved in the process and understand the added value of the initiative.
