To get started with Amélio, here are the steps to follow:
1️⃣ Communicate the initiative
The Amélio platform includes explanatory videos and tutorials for employees. As soon as they sign up, they will be told what Amélio is and why it will benefit them.
We invite you to follow step 4 in your set-up guide. It contains both useful resources to use for communication, as well as our general recommandations!

2️⃣ Add employees
Employees can be added very easily in the platform. For your first Amélio survey, we will help you import your list of employees to build your database. Here is a helpful video to guide you through it: Check out the explanation video

3️⃣ Let's go!
That's it, you are now ready your employees! We will take care of contacting employees to complete the surveys and we will remind them if they forget.
