Amélio allows you to track the evolution of your results over the course of your surveys.
This allows you to track the actions and initiatives implemented to improve job satisfaction and employee engagement.
Various tools will allow you to track results, ranging from global and high-level comparators to specific and detailed comparisons by statement.
Comparison between periods
We recommend that you first pay attention to the evolution of results at the level of the mobilization factors and sub-factors in order to prioritize your overall actions.
You can then identify the best and worst rated factors to determine what currently has the greatest impact on employee engagement.
The Comparison with previous period feature allows you to quickly see which factors are improving or decreasing.
By default, you will see the results for the last 3 months, but it is possible to use the period selector to use a specific time segment (e.g. January 1st to 31st).
Comparison between custom periods
It is possible to customize the periods you want to compare. For example, to compare two occurrences of the same survey.
To do this, simply select the period Custom in addition to the functionality Compare with previous period as presented in the section ''Comparison between periods'' above. You can then enter the dates that correspond to the specific periods you want to compare.
Comparison for a specific factor or sub-factor
If a factor catches your eye, you can also view the results and see the trend over the months.
By comparing data for a specific factor or sub-factor, you can further contextualize these results.
For example, following a major change or the implementation of a new system, it is possible that employees may have rated more unfavorably the statements related to workload or stress if the impacts of this change were not adequately anticipated. Presenting the results by factor or sub-factor to employees allows you to help them explain their answers in order to help you better understand the situation and learn from it or quickly correct the situation.
Detailed comparison by question
You can also compare the results for a specific statement to track the evolution of a more specific element.
When viewing the results by statement, you can use the History feature to quickly see the distribution of responses over time.
The detailed comparison by statement can help you target more specific actions and measure the impact of these initiatives in future surveys.
