Amelio allows you to track the evolution of your results over the course of your surveys.
This allows you to compare the impacts of the actions and initiatives implemented to improve job satisfaction and employee engagement.
Various tools will allow you to track results, ranging from global and high-level indicators to specific and detailed comparisons by question.
Comparison between periods
We recommend that you first pay attention to the evolution of your results through the evolution of the mobilization factors and sub-factors levels. This will help you prioritize your actions.
You can then identify the best and worst-rated factors to determine what currently has the greatest impact on employee engagement.
The Comparison with previous period feature allows you to quickly see which factors are improving or decreasing over time.
By default, you will see the results for the last 3 months, but it is possible to use the period selector to specify specific dates (e.g. January 1st to 31st).

Comparison between two custom periods
It is also possible to customize the periods you want to compare. For example, to compare two occurrences of the same survey.
To do so, simply select the Custom period option available in the time comparison tool. You can tick the box labelled Comparison with previous period and enter the dates that correspond to the specific periods you want to analyze.
Comparison for a specific factor or sub-factor
If a factor catches your attention, you can also view the results and see the trend over the previous months.
By comparing data for a specific factor or sub-factor, you can contextualize these results.
For example, following a major organizational change or the implementation of a new system, some employees could have rated unfavourably the questions relating to workload or stress. You can deduce from this that the impact of the change was not adequately anticipated.
Presenting the results by factor or sub-factor to your teams allows you to help them comprehend their results and helps you better understand the situation, learn from these trends, and quickly address issues.
Detailed comparison by question
You can also compare the results for a specific statement to track the evolution of a more specific element.
When viewing the results by question, you can use the History feature to quickly see the distribution of responses over time.
A detailed comparison by question can help you target more specific actions and measure the impact of these initiatives and measure change in future surveys.
