With the survey link that will be sent by email, employees will be redirected directly to their survey and will not need to log in to Amélio to complete it.

If your organization uses other components of the platform or if access permissions are granted to employees or managers, they will first receive an email to create their account.

They will then be able to take the surveys without logging into the platform each time.

The Amélio account allows managers to view their team's results and allows employees to log in to submit spontaneous recognition of their colleagues at any time.
