If you're having trouble connecting to the Amélio platform, please follow the steps below - they give ways to resolve common connection issues:

  1. Check that your computer is connected to the internet and that your browser is up to date.

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

  3. Try logging in from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

  4. Make sure you're using the correct login credentials to sign in.

  5. If you've forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password function to reset your password.
