Surveys differing between groups in the organization

We explain how Amelio's survey platform allows for surveys to be targeted to specific groups within an organization.

Updated over a week ago

It is possible to address surveys to specific groups. For example, one survey can be addressed to office employees and another to production employees to meet the strategic objectives and reality of each group.

Result indicators can combine all surveys to provide a summary of the work climate for the entire organization. They can also be displayed for each employee group or each survey.

Therefore, during the analysis, numerical results such as these can be combined or not, depending on your preference (this is interactive, there is no need to decide in advance. Both options will be available during analysis).

However, when a question is repeated among different surveys addressed to different groups, there will be two result cards displayed in the detailed analysis, one for each survey. So, in the example above, we would see this result card for the following question once for office employees and a second time for production employees. The results will not be combined on the same card, even if the question is the same.

Filters can be applied based on the following 4 categories: Department, Job Title, Location, and Employee Level.

These elements are to be determined in advance during the preparation of the employee file.

In the results dashboards, a manager will have access to the results of a specific survey only if employees under their purview are included in the survey criteria (eligible to receive the survey) and at least 5 of them have responded (confidentiality threshold).
