Disabling specific questions.

Can we take your entire question bank or remove some if they don't fit our reality?

Yes, you can take our entire question bank, add new questions, modify the wording of existing questions to adapt them to your reality, and especially facilitate taking actions in line with your corporate culture.

Through our questionnaire templates, you can disable questions that don't apply to your reality or that you don't want to ask employees.

A disabled question remains available in your survey project but will not be asked to employees. You can reactivate it later.

You can also remove those questions that fit your reality, but you know are a concern and cannot be changed in the short term. It may be much more relevant to add the question when you are able to address the concern than to generate expectations in the meantime if you cannot change anything for a while (e.g. salary, flexibility, communication, work tools).

This also applies to questions that you have already used but no longer wish to include in your surveys. Disabling a question to which employees have already responded allows you to keep previous answers. Deleting the question also erases the recorded responses.
