There are several factors to consider in order to keep the attention and motivation of respondents during a survey, and the time spent on answering a survey is an important one.
That's why Amélio's survey settings are configured for an automatic transition to the next question after selecting an answer, with the goal of keeping the participation time relatively short.
Individual Parameter Adjustment
The Amélio platform also allows for control over this parameter, so that each respondent can disable and/or enable it according to their needs and preferences.
To access it, simply click on Settings in the top right corner when participating in a survey. You can then adjust this setting as needed.
Modifying the Default Setting for All Respondents in a Survey
It's possible to modify this default setting so that it applies to all respondents in this survey.
To do this, you can follow the steps below.
Click on Surveys from the left menu in the platform.
Click on the title of the relevant survey.
In the Survey Appearance section in the Settings tab, you can disable this feature.
4.Click Update in the bottom right corner of the page to save your changes.
In any case, it remains possible for the employee to modify this parameter individually, as shown above.
