Amélio allows you to reopen an active survey to allow an employee to make changes to their responses even if they have already been submitted, such as correcting a response or adding additional comments.
NOTE: It is not possible to reopen onboarding or exit surveys.
Reopening a survey
Here are the steps to follow:
Find the employee to modify using the search bar in the top left of the platform.
On the employee's profile, click on Reopen active surveys.
Click on Resend survey so that they have the link at hand. The survey will be forwarded by the sending method set up in their profile, either by email or text message.
Conditions for reopening a survey
This process must be performed by an employee with access rights, such as the company administrator, an HR employee or a manager.
The survey in question must still be ongoing.
The survey can be reopened for any employee who completed the survey using a link received by email or text message or using a user code.
On an employee's profile, you can also use two other survey-specific features as needed:
Resend the survey to an employee.
View the emails that have been sent to this person.
