In our clients' experience, the most effective way to communicate the initiative is to meet directly with employees:
Use a small segment of a scheduled general meeting to announce the new engagement surveys and why this initiative is important to you and your employees.
Do a cascade communication. That is, the executive committee and managers are met to explain the project, the platform and to equip them to answer employees' questions. Managers then communicate the information to their work teams. Smaller meetings allow employees to ask questions and focus on what employees are most interested in.
PowerPoint presentation
A Powerpoint presentation is available in French and English. Allow about 15 minutes to present the application and a few minutes for questions.
When communicating to employees, emphasize the purpose of the project, which is to ensure that employees are happy in their jobs, that they have an inspiring work environment and that you are listening to their feedback.
