Does an employee have the wrong email address or has he changed jobs? Here's how to modify their profile in Amélio
Find the employee to modify
The search bar at the top of the screen allows you to search through all employees.Edit Employee
Click on Edit Employee and then enter the employee's details, such as email address, language preference for communication or manager.Save your changes
Then click Update at the bottom of the employee profile page to save the information.
Note: If you wish to change the platform access permissions for a specific employee, you can do so by editing their role in the appropriate section at the bottom of their profile.
The role given needs to give access to the platform in order for the employee to receive an activation email or remain able to connect to the platform.
It should be noted that the assigned role must allow access to the platform so that the employee can receive an activation email or retain the ability to log in.

Resend Survey
If the employee's email address was incorrect when the survey was initially sent, the survey can be resent to the employee when the email address has been changed.
To resend the survey to a specific person, click on "Resend Survey" on the employee's profile.
