There are two ways to add employees, either by adding them to the platform or by importing them.
Add an employee yourself
Go to the Colleagues page and click on the Add new employee button.
You can then complete the fields and save the profile of this new employee.
Date of activation
When you add the employee, you will be asked for the date on which he/she will become active. It is possible to set a date later than today.
Thus, it is possible to control the date from which an employee is eligible to receive surveys.
This will be useful for setting up the account when the application is set up, for example. You could hold a presentation to employees on Monday and set an activation date for employees on Tuesday.
Surveys in progress when adding an employee
When you add an employee, they become eligible to receive the surveys that are in progress and the next ones that will be launched.
If the employee does not have access to the platform, they will automatically have an "active" status and will immediately receive the current engagement surveys.
If the employee has the authorization to access the platform, they will receive the current engagement surveys from the moment they activate their profile with the activation email that will be sent to them.
Exceptions:
The employee will not receive surveys from which they are excluded (e.g. if they are part of a department that is excluded in the survey settings)
If you assign a later activation date when adding the employee, he will only receive surveys from the moment he is active. Please refer to the section ''Activation date'' above.
You have added a waiting period for new employees for certain surveys. In this case, the survey will be received after this period and in line with the employee's date of hire.
