Granting special access to results.
Updated over a week ago

Two result access permissions are available by default in Amélio.

  1. Access to all results: This permission is assigned by default to the Company Administrator and HR Employee roles. A user with this permission in their user profile will have access to the results of all employees for surveys to which they have access.

  2. Access to results of employees under the manager: This permission is assigned by default to the Manager role. A user with this permission in their user profile will only have access to the results of employees who report to them, whether it be their immediate team or subordinate teams.

Granting additional access

If you want someone to have access to other results beyond their immediate team, but not have access to the results of the entire organization, you will need to use special result access permissions. This feature is often used to give access to HRBP so they can view engagement data for their client group.

  1. To grant special result access permissions, click on Administration → Customization.

  2. In the top panel, click on Specific Result Access.

You can prepare specific result access permissions by selecting the employee's name and the groups to which that person should have access.

Note: The user to whom you grant this access must have a result access permission, specifically the Manager role.
