Granting special access to results

Would you like someone to view the results of specific teams without giving them access to results across the entire organization? Specific results access makes this easy.

What access permissions are available by default?

Two result access permissions are available in Amélio:

Access to all results
Assigned by default to the Company Administrator and HR Employee roles. This permission allows users to view the results of all employees for surveys they have access to.

Access to results for employees reporting to the manager
Assigned by default to the Manager role. This permission allows managers to view the results of their immediate team as well as teams reporting to them.

Give access to additional results

Would you like a manager, HRBP, or another user to view the results of an additional team?

  1. Go to Administration → Customization

  2. Click Engagement Results Permissions, then the button Add New Permission

  3. Select the employee and the groups you want to give them access to

  4. Save

And that's it! The person will now be able to view the results of these groups across all surveys.

Please note: The person must already have a permission that allows them to access results, such as the one assigned to the Manager role. Otherwise, they won't be able to view the results.

A person can have this permission in their profile even if they don't directly supervise any employees.

The person must also have a role that gives them access to the survey results.
