Amélio allows you to activate the automatic sending of action reports to managers by email, which includes recommendations focused on results.
These tips help managers create a better workplace for their teams.
Viewing action reports
Action reports can be viewed in two ways:
From the received email: Allows the manager to quickly and easily access the action report. This email can also be used to pique the manager's curiosity and motivate them to go directly to the platform to further understand their team's results, including looking at detailed results from the different survey questions.
From the Actions tab on the platform: Allows the manager to access the action report for their team at any time. This allows them to navigate through different recommendations and reflection paths proposed by the platform.
Recommendations and reflection paths
On the platform, you can navigate through different tips proposed by Amélio. These tips will be proposed in accordance with the mobilization sub-factors identified as needing improvement.
These are simple, quick, and easy-to-implement tips to quickly address the issues raised. You can either apply them as recommended or use them as inspiration and create a version adapted to your company's reality and culture.
Amélio allows you to activate the automatic email sending of action reports to managers, which are recommendations based on the results to help create a better workplace for their teams.
Accessing the action reports can be done in two ways
From the received email: it allows managers to quickly and easily access the action report, which can also motivate them to directly access the platform to further understand their team's results by looking at the detailed results of the survey questions.
From the Actions tab of the platform: managers can access the action report for their team at any time. They can navigate through different recommendations and reflection paths proposed by the platform.
Through the recommendations and reflection paths, you can see different features.
Add to my action plan: hovering over a recommendation shows a + symbol that allows you to save a recommendation for future consultation or to keep visibility on actions implemented among those proposed by Amélio.
Generate a new recommendation: this feature allows you to navigate through different recommendations, for example, to find one that is more adapted to your reality or strategic orientations.
Show: clicking on the recommendation or on Show allows you to view more details.
To activate the action reports, you need to activate the module for your Amélio account and then activate the module for each survey for which you want these reports to be activated and sent by email.
To activate the module for your account
Click on Administration and then on Account from the left menu of the platform.
Go to the Modules tab.
Activate the module "Automated recommendations to improve engagement."
To activate the report sending for a specific survey
Click on Surveys from the left menu of the platform, then click on Culture and Miscellaneous Surveys.
Click on the title of the survey.
Go to the bottom right of the settings page.
Set up the different elements related to the action report.
Click on Update in the bottom right to save your changes.
