Amélio offers you the possibility to activate different modules in order to fully benefit from your continuous improvement package.

More specifically, this module allows you to send service anniversary announcements to your employees.

The importance of highlighting service anniversaries

This platform functionality will automatically remind managers and colleagues of employee service anniversaries.


By doing so, you can implement initiatives at the right time and reap the benefits of recognizing these events:

  1. Recognize and showcase employees who invest in the growth of the company and contribute to its success.

  2. Acknowledge the long-term commitment of employees

  3. Highlight career achievements

  4. Take the time to recognize this commitment to build relationships and foster better team cohesion.

  5. Take advantage of these reminders to write a personalized message and emphasize the importance of each employee's service anniversary.

The module's operation

The platform automatically sends a standard message to invite employees to celebrate their colleagues' service anniversaries within the team.

It is a reminder to avoid forgetting important moments in employees' lives.

Here is who receives the emails and when:

  1. Managers: The employee's immediate supervisor receives a reminder email 7 days in advance, offering ideas to recognize their employee.

  2. The team: The team members of the celebrated employee receive an email on the day of the service anniversary to invite them to recognize their colleague's professional achievement.

The emails are sent after 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 years of service.

Requirements for proper module operation

Several conditions are necessary to ensure that your employees receive the service anniversary announcements.

  1. Make sure you have entered the hiring date for all employees. It must be entered in their Amélio profile.

  2. The module must be active. You will find the instructions to activate it below. No access to the platform is required for this module.

Activate work anniversary announcements for the entire organization

As an administrator of the Amélio account, you have control over whether or not to activate this module. To activate it, simply follow the few simple steps below:

  1. Make sure you meet the conditions mentioned above.

  2. Go to Account from Administration.

  3. Go to the Modules tab.

  4. Activate the Work Anniversaries Announcements module.

ATTENTION: When employees receive an anniversary notification via email, the email contains the option to leave a recognition. Therefore, it is highly recommended to activate the recognition module before the years of service module.
