At the end of the survey, you can display the 10 most participative teams in your organization to promote internal competition and encourage the best response rates for all teams.
Participation rate is based on the last 4 months for all surveys combined for your organization. The participation rate of the current survey is therefore excluded. This avoids any influence of preliminary results that could distort the ranking.
When enabled, this feature is displayed randomly between the Recognition, Innovation or Participation components. At the end of the survey, the employee can toggle between the end of survey options using the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen. When the feature is enabled, it is enabled for all employees in the company.
If you want to enable this feature, you will be able to choose the attribute that is most representative of the teams in your organization. That is, you can display the top 10 departments or the top 10 locations, etc.

Navigate to the Modules tab, and select Participation Leaderboard
