If you are having trouble viewing the results of a survey, several factors may be at play. Here are the common reasons:

Respondent threshold not met

For privacy reasons, Amélio does not display results if there are fewer than 5 respondents. If the participation rate is lower than that, the results will not be available (for example, if only 40% of 10 employees respond).

Common Scenarios

Filters Too Restrictive

Make sure that the filters (attributes) used are inclusive enough. Consider department, manager, and workplace selections.

Time Period

Sometimes, the selected period does not include responses to a survey or has too low a participation rate. The early days of a survey may be less representative.

Selected Survey

Make sure to select a survey that includes your team in the audience and has a high enough participation rate to meet the respondent threshold.
