How to Download the Insights Report

The success of an engagement initiative depends on employees' involvement, which, itself, depends on the visibility you give them. That is why it is of the utmost importance to share results and open discussion.

A presentation of the results enables employees and their managers to exchange ideas, and encourages a collective search for solutions and monitoring of progress.

With Amélio's insights reports, you can now provide your teams or managers a detailed summary of the results of your engagement surveys in PowerPoint format.

To download the Insights Report

To download the automated engagement report, simply follow these steps:

  1. From the left-hand menu, select the Results page, then click on Insights Report;

  2. Select the desired parameters:

    1. The audience

    2. The survey you wish to view or all your surveys

    3. The reporting period

  3. Select the report to download: Global or Sector Report

    For the Sector Report, select the desired segmentation attribute (e.g. by job title or by department)

  4. Click on Insights Report

  5. Once the report has been generated, you will receive an e-mail to download the report in PowerPoint.

Downloading Insights Reports in batches

This feature allows you to download all reports for individual managers or departments, for example.

This is useful if managers do not have access to the platform.

You can access this feature by clicking on the arrow on the Insights Report button.

NOTE: Downloaded reports will remain visible on the automated reports page for 10 days. They will also be visible in your notifications.

What is the difference between the global report and the sectorial report?

The global report generates question results based on all employees included in the audience.

  • Most relevant for a manager

  • Most useful for having synthesized information

  • Helps to fuel team discussions

The segmented report generates question results based on all employees included in the audience, but in a comparative way according to the selected attribute.

  • To be prioritized for a presentation to high management

  • Allows targeting which groups are most at risk and require more urgent or adapted interventions

Why am I not able to extract a global report by seniority or age group? The objective of the report is to be an automated presentation tool (which makes managers autonomous in sharing the results). Allowing a manager to justify the results with phrases like "because you are young..." could almost be perceived as discriminatory and not sufficiently thorough.

What is the difference between the engagement report and the detailed report by question?

By selecting the insights report, you will get a summary of the highlights, presenting the engagement factors identified as your main strengths and those as your action priorities.

  • Ideal for presenting the results of diagnostic surveys and continuous improvement

The detailed question report, on the other hand, presents all the questions and the distribution of the answers obtained for each of them.

  • Useful for a thematic, ad hoc or very short survey

  • Useful as a complement to the insights report, by selecting certain key slides (questions) to delve deeper into strengths and priorities
