Customizing recognition cards allows you to add a personal touch and bring your organizational culture to life: its values, the attitudes you appreciate, daily events, major changes...
By creating cards that reflect your image, you highlight those small pleasures among colleagues that foster team cohesion.
Encouraging participation
In addition to enhancing the company culture, customizing the cards naturally encourages employees to share more recognitions by inspiring them with a variety of ideas and a selection of cards that resonate with them.
Whether it’s inspiring quotes, dynamic images, funny photos, or any other symbols of your organization's initiatives.
You can further explore the recognition module by customizing the cards your employees send to their colleagues.
This allows you to add a personal touch by editing existing cards with inspiring quotes and dynamic images, or to create new cards that reflect your company's culture and initiatives.
Accessing Card Customization
To do this, you need to go to the Customization tab under Admin in the menu on the left hand side of the platform.
NOTE: The minimum size of the image is 800x325 and it must be in a 16:6.5 format. The platform allows you to add larger images and crop them as needed. Using images with a small file size is recommended to avoid slowing down page loading.
NOTE: It is possible to delete recognition cards from this location even if they have already been used in the past. Those already published will remain displayed.
