In our increasingly complex environment, and the problems that go with it, it has become essential for organizations of all types and sizes to develop creative intelligence to ensure their survival and growth.

To transform your organizational creativity into a real competitive advantage, it's crucial to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

This will help you to create a working environment where everyone can feel confident to share their ideas, even the most atypical or creative ones. 🤩

The Creativity at Work survey was planned with this in mind.

How to import the Creativity survey template

  1. In your Amélio account, select the ''Surveys'' tab, then ''Culture & various surveys'';

  2. Click on the ''Create a new survey'' button;

  3. A window listing our various templates will open. Select the "Theme-based" survey category, then select the survey entitled "Creativity: work culture".

  4. Click on the "Create a survey" button;

  5. The template will have been deposited in your account and you will be redirected to the Survey page to customize your survey and send parameters.

Important! The Creativity survey statements and answer options have been designed to optimize analysis of employee priorities.

A grid for interpreting the results has been developed specifically for this survey.

It is therefore strongly recommended not to edit the questions and answer options, in order to preserve the integrity of the survey and not change its purpose.

How often should this survey be sent out?

First of all, we strongly recommend that you use this survey alongside your regular engagement surveys.

This will give you a complete picture of your strengths and areas for improvement in your work environment.

We recommend that you launch this survey once a year, in line with your strategic planning and to avoid a feeling of redundancy.

You can maintain your engagement surveys at a recurring frequency without interruption, to evaluate your actions on an ongoing basis.

Setting survey delivery parameters

This survey is designed to be sent out on demand, i.e. all questions will be sent to all employees at a specific time, and you can close the survey after a few days, when employees have finished answering it.

Interpreting the results

To help you interpret your results, Amélio has developed an interpretation grid specifically for this survey to guide your analysis.
