Viewing the Source of Comments
Updated over 4 months ago

On the platform, it is possible to see the source of comments while respecting privacy.

This feature is particularly useful in large groups, allowing you to determine whether a situation applies more to one group than another.

👉 When you hover over a comment with your mouse, you can see where it originated from.

This includes the team, the manager, and the location from which the comment came.

Why Know the Source of Comments?

This feature is useful on several levels and offers many advantages.

  • Targeted Analysis: Quickly identify groups or locations with specific concerns.

  • Time Savings: Facilitates feedback management by centralizing essential information.

  • Personalized Responses: Allows you to tailor responses based on the origin of the comments, thus improving employee satisfaction.

Concrete Example

To illustrate this feature, here is a concrete example:

An administrator wants to check feedback from an internal training session.

By hovering over the comments, they can quickly identify the teams and locations from which the positive or negative feedback originates, making it easier to provide an appropriate and targeted response.

How is Group Confidentiality Ensured?

To ensure confidentiality:

  • The manager is displayed if at least 5 employees have responded during the analysis period for the same manager. The same goes for the location.

  • The combination of location and manager is displayed only if at least 5 employees have the same manager in that location.

    • For example, if a location has 5 employees but is divided under 3 different managers, only the location will be displayed, not the manager.

How to Configure Access to This Permission?

⚠️ Managers don't have default access to this feature, but these permissions can be modified according to the needs of the company ⚠️

  1. Access the Admin menu;

  2. Select Roles;

  3. Click on the manager role for which you want to apply or remove this permission;
