Adding KPI Questions

How to add KPI questions such as the eNPS, departure intentions and the company values to your survey

Some questions offered by Amélio are specialized KPI questions and are visually distinguished by the following icon . They are placed in specific areas of the platform to facilitate the analysis of results.

Among these questions are the following:

  • Question on the eNPS score

  • Stability question (departure intentions)

The technique for adding these questions is the same, regardless of whether you want to add them to a one-time survey, a continuous survey, or specific questions for the integration surveys.

General Steps for Adding KPI Questions

Here are the simple steps to follow, which you can repeat for all KPI questions you seek to add:

  1. Go to the Surveys tab from the left menu, then select the three dots to the right of the survey name you want to modify and click on Edit Survey.

  2. Go to the Questionnaire tab.

  3. Click on Add a Question, then select KPI Questions.

Need to add these questions? These questions must be added directly in the platform and cannot be imported using a questionnaire file.
