Feature Overview
You can define access to survey results for each survey individually.
This means different access can be assigned based on team members' roles and responsibilities.
Access can be modified before or anytime after the survey launch.
📌 By default, company admins and HR employees have access to all results.
Modify Access Permissions
Go to the Surveys tab, then select the survey type (Culture & Various Surveys or Integration & Exit Surveys).
Click on the survey title to access it.
In the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom of the page.
In the Access to the Results section, check or uncheck the Role box to grant or revoke access.

Access to survey results is flexible and can be adjusted anytime to meet your needs:
Real-time access: Check the box in the survey settings at launch.
Delayed access: Leave the box unchecked until you wish to grant access.
