Amélio may send SMS messages on behalf of employers using the Amélio platform to invite employees to participate in workplace engagement surveys and to send reminders related to these surveys.

These messages are informational and related to internal HR initiatives.

Message frequency varies by employer but typically includes one survey invitation and up to two reminders.

Receiving SMS survey invitations is optional. Employees are free to accept or decline SMS communications, and participating organizations are responsible for collecting and documenting employee consent before SMS invitations are enabled through Amélio.
