Configure the default time period
To change the default analysis period for your surveys:
Sign in with an account that has Administrator permissions.
Go to Administration.
Select Customization.
Open the Surveys tab
You can choose to
set a default period for Engagement Surveys
set a default period for Continuous Improvement Surveys.
Once the configuration is saved, managers and HR users will automatically see the selected period when viewing results, without needing to adjust the filters.
Which period should you choose?
For Continuous Improvement Surveys, Amelio recommends using the last four months. This time frame usually provides a good balance between recent feedback and meaningful trends.
For Engagement Surveys, we recommend you use the survey's lifetime as a default analysis period.
You can, however, choose any default period that best fits your organization's needs.
