Who can see what, and how will the information be used?
This FAQ provides clear answers to the questions employees are likely to ask before participating.
Is my profile anonymous?
An employee profile is connected to an individual and is therefore not anonymous. However, you decide which information you share in it.
Can the information be used against me?
Profiles are intended to support communication, collaboration and employee support. They should not be used to label someone, draw conclusions about their performance or replace a conversation.
Is this a psychometric assessment or personality test?
No. Profile questions are designed to help others better understand preferences, needs and ways of working. On their own, they do not constitute a psychometric assessment or diagnosis.
Do I have to complete every section?
We encourage you to complete as much of your profile as possible. You can then decide which information you want to make visible to your colleagues.
The goal is to work together more effectively, not to know everything about everyone.
Who uses the information, and in what situations?
Colleagues can review profiles to better understand roles, find expertise or facilitate collaboration.
Managers can use them to prepare for a meeting, tailor their support or open a conversation. These uses must align with the guidelines communicated by the organization.
How often should I update my profile?
An annual review is a good benchmark. You should also update your profile when there is a change in your role, team, responsibilities or important preferences.
