Amelio surveys can be sent in 28 different languages, such as French, English, and Spanish.
Here are the steps to follow to add a new language for sending surveys:
Go to Admin and then Company details in the left menu of the platform.
The survey languages section will allow you to add an additional language for sending your surveys.
After adding a language, you will see certain new fields available for that language. Here are a few examples:
Company name in your account: Edit your company name in your Amelio account
Edit survey questionnaire in multiple languages: Edit survey questionnaire
Note that by default, Amelio surveys are translated in French, English and Spanish. If you want to add Spanish, you can follow the steps presented above.
Language selector
The language selector is a tool that allows you to decide whether or not employees will be able to change the language of the survey they answer.
This feature is useful when you've modified your questionnaire in one or two languages and want to make sure that employees only answer the customized questions, rather than the version in another language without the changes.
You can enable or disable this feature from the customization tab specific to each survey.
Note: When employees change the language of their survey during the course of the survey, this automatically changes their profile information so that they receive future surveys and emails in their preferred language.
