Amélio allows you to customize certain aspects of the survey's appearance according to your preferences.
Firstly, you can modify the wallpaper and display of the survey.
Modifying the survey wallpaper
By default, Amélio's survey wallpaper is randomly selected from a bank of images.
However, it's possible, and even recommended, to download an image of your choice to use as the default wallpaper.
Adding an image that represents your company culture, mission, and values will contribute to the respondents' sense of belonging.
For example, you could use a customized image with your brand colors, a group photo taken during a company activity, a photo of your new offices following an employee announcement, etc.
As part of a continuous improvement process, we also recommend changing the wallpaper several times a year to enhance the employees' experience.
To modify your wallpaper, you need to follow these steps:
Go to the tab of your choice from Surveys.
Click on the title of a survey.
Go to the Appearance of the Survey section in the Customization tab.
Disable the Use Amélio Wallpapers setting.
Click on Add an Image and select the image you want to import into the application.
Click on Update in the bottom right corner of the page to save your changes.
Note:The minimum resolution is 1920 x 1080.
Modifying how the survey is displayed
It's possible to set the default display for all respondents.
To do this, you need to follow these steps:
Go to the tab of your choice from Surveys.
Click on the title of a survey.
Go to the Appearance of the Survey section in the Customization tab.
Select the type of display you want from the two options displayed.
Click on Update in the bottom right corner of the page to save your changes.

You can choose from two survey display options according to your preferences.

Progress bar at the bottom of the page
No distinct background behind the questions
Moving to the next/previous question: at the ends of the page.

Individual settings for employees during the survey
In order to adapt the survey to each person's preferences, it's possible for an employee to modify certain parameters individually when completing their survey.
To access them, simply click on Settings in the top right corner of the screen when starting a survey.

Customize the Survey Welcome Page
It's possible to customize the survey welcome page to ensure that it reflects your company culture.
To do this, follow these steps:
Go to the tab of your choice from the Surveys section.
Click on the title of a survey.
Go to the Survey Appearance section in the Customization tab.
Enable the option to Customize the Welcome Page.
You will notice that a default message is already written, which you can modify to your liking.
Click Update in the bottom right corner of the page to save your changes if necessary.
Preview the Survey
Be sure to preview your survey after making your changes to ensure that everything meets your expectations.
