How to create open-ended questions?
You can refer to the following article to access your survey and edit your survey questions: Editing the survey questionnaire. You will then be able to choose the "Text" question type to create your open-ended question.

Employees can add comments to each quantitative question (depending on your choice) and this is usually extremely relevant as they contribute to the solution by offering ideas or contextualizing their answer. You also have the opportunity to add open-ended, qualitative questions.
NOTE: Please be aware that if you choose to hide comments through the "Admin" > "Roles" tab, this will also hide the responses to the "Text" type questions you have created in your survey.
