Here's how it works
Directed Questions
Questions with specific objectives are defined by the organization's administrator.
These questions aim to engage employees, for example, to define new strategies to accelerate the recruitment process, reach millennials, establish a new advertising campaign (better than your competitors!), improve your products, etc.
At the end of the survey, one of these questions is posed to employees, and they are invited to share an idea.
When an employee publishes an idea, it is shared with members who are part of the audience targeted by the person who posted the idea.
Colleagues who have access to the suggestion can then vote for it and improve it by adding comments.
Suggestion Module
Employees can also submit ideas at any time or make simple suggestions about work methodologies or team activities, for example.
To do this, simply go to the Suggestions tab from the left-hand menu.
Then, the employee can add their suggestion or be inspired by the various directed suggestions available:
The audience to which the suggestion is made accessible can be determined by the employee when they publish it.
The suggestion and comments can be added anonymously or not.
➡️ Note: You can prevent employees from submitting suggestions to the entire company and also from submitting private suggestions. Here are the steps to follow:
Click on the Admin tab > Customization, and then on the Ideas & Suggestions menu.
Finally, under Audience Customization, you can check or uncheck the relevant options.
This option is only available if you have activated the Suggestions module.
Creating Directed Questions
Directed questions are available in the Administration section under Customization.
You can then add a topic in the Directed Suggestions tab.
A section will appear to allow you to create a customized directed question. You can also import a predefined topic from our bank of directed questions.
All that's left is to activate the directed questions of your choice so that they are randomly asked to employees at the end of the surveys.
To use the module, users must have access to the Amélio platform to view and comment on suggestions at any time.
If they do not have access, the suggestions can be displayed at the end of the next survey the employee completes. This option can be configured for the organization.

Communication of the module
It is important to communicate in advance the activation of this module to your employees. This will allow for a better understanding of the benefits related to this module and its functioning, which will promote employee participation and involvement in this initiative.
When to activate the module?
We encourage you to quickly activate the different modules of the platform in order to maximize the potential and benefits of Amélio.
It is ideal to launch the innovation module in conjunction with the launch of a survey.
Following the activation of the module, the oriented suggestion question that you have added will be asked at the end of the survey.
This way, they will be directly solicited, which will encourage immediate use of the module.
Employees will generally also be more inclined to recognize their colleagues spontaneously directly from the platform if they see that the first steps have already been taken.
Note that it is quite normal for employees not to answer this question the first time they receive it. They will most likely reflect on the subject and answer it once they have an idea. We recommend that you share the question with your employees in advance so that they can start thinking about it.
