The Recognition module allows employees and managers to recognize colleagues for their achievements, either at the end of a survey or directly from the Amélio platform.

Users without access to the application
Depending on your organization's needs, you may choose to enable the Recognition module without giving employees access to the Amélio platform.
In this case:
Employees who do not have access to the platform will not appear in the list of colleagues available for recognition at the end of a survey, but their names will be visible within the Recognition module.
If a colleague recognizes them through the platform, they will receive an email notification but will not be able to view the recognition card in the Recognition module.
They will also receive an email notification if their entire department or team is recognized.
They will not see the option to recognize a colleague at the end of a survey.
Users with access to the application
If your employees and managers have access to the Amélio platform, the following rules apply.
If the user has not activated their Amélio account
Their name will appear in the list of colleagues available for recognition at the end of a survey and within the Recognition module.
If a colleague recognizes them through the platform, they will receive an email notification but will not be able to view the recognition card until they activate their Amélio account.
They will also receive an email notification if their entire department or team is recognized.
They will not see the option to recognize a colleague at the end of a survey.
If the user has activated their Amélio account
Their name will appear in the list of colleagues available for recognition at the end of a survey and within the Recognition module.
If a colleague recognizes them through the platform, they will receive an email notification and will be able to view the recognition card in the Recognition module.
They will also receive an email notification if their entire department or team is recognized.
They will see the option to recognize a colleague at the end of a survey.
Reminder emails
In addition to the Recognition module, you can enable reminder emails.
When this feature is enabled, an automated email is sent to users who have access to the Recognition module 60 days after they send their most recent recognition, encouraging them to continue recognizing their colleagues.
