Working through organizational changes can be a significant challenge. Consequently, one might ask themselves:
How do we prepare employees for this change?
Are we on the right track?
Will there be resistance to change, if so, to what extent?
How do we measure the impacts of this change?
Complete Measurement in Three Steps
Whether it's adopting new technologies, reworking processes, or undergoing internal reorganization, each stage requires a thoughtful and adaptable approach. This is where our change management survey templates come into play.
To engage employees and develop managerial skills, three templates are available to comprehensively assess each stage of change, thereby promoting the success of your initiatives.
Before the change: Engage employees and managers in reflection and planning to maximize chances of success.
During the change: Measure project progress, particularly its impacts, to implement adaptive measures throughout the process. How can we support employees as needed?
After the changes: Evaluate goal achievement and long-term benefits. Assess lessons learned and successes.
Is the change already underway?
Starting from the second or even the third survey template may be just as relevant, depending on which stage you are at.
📌 Note: This survey template is exclusively available with the Continuous Improvement package.

Evaluating Employee Progression During Change
Did you know?
Our questionnaire is based on Céline Bareil's theoretical model of the 7 phases of change concerns.
This approach aims to track employee progression within a changing environment.
That's why the following question recurs throughout the three survey models: ''Which of these options capture your primary concerns about the announced change?''
According to this key concept in change management, employees' concerns will evolve over the course of the transition. As time goes, concerns should shift towards the latter response options, namely those pertaining to the long-term sustainability of the change: collaboration and continuous improvement of the change.
How to effectively use this question?
During the first change management survey you conduct, identify and address employees' main concerns.
When you conduct a second change management survey, assess whether concerns have progressed and adjust your actions accordingly.
