Using the Amélio Survey Templates

This article describes how to access and use our engagement survey templates.

Whether you are just starting out with Amélio or want to launch a new survey, scientifically researched survey templates are available in the platform to help you get started.

Here's how to access and use our engagement survey templates.

Types of Survey Templates

Various categories of survey templates are available, depending on your needs.

  • Engagement: Engagement surveys allow you to measure employee engagement on a one-time or ongoing basis. To distinguish between the different types of surveys, see our article Understanding Surveys.

  • Thematic: If you want to get more in-depth results on a particular theme, templates are also available, for example, for recognition or career progression factors.

  • Survey templates covering the life cycle of an employee, from recruitment to departure from the organization, are also available on the platform under the Surveys tab.

Steps to access the engagement survey templates

  1. In your Amélio account, select the tab ''Surveys'';

  2. Click on the button ''Create Survey'';

  3. A window listing our various templates will open and you can then select the desired survey category or search for keywords in the search bar;

    1. Custom questions can be added to the templates as needed in the following steps.

  4. By clicking on the desired template, you can:

    • Get a preview of the questions

    OR

    • Click on +Use this template

  5. The template will have been added into your account and you will be redirected to the Survey Edit page to customize your survey and submission settings. Read our article on Survey Settings to learn more about the next steps.

All of our templates can be modified and customized to your organizational reality. If needed, the platform also allows you to create fully customized surveys. To do so, see our article Creating an ad hoc survey in 5 minutes.
