Need to exclude employees from your survey audience? It's simple! 👌

Updated over a month ago

Depending on your organizational needs or survey strategy, you might want some members not to participate.

Amélio makes it easy to manage and exclude users from your survey audience. 🙌

Feature Overview

Ensure only relevant participants receive and participate in your survey by excluding specific users.

Once excluded, they won’t receive the survey and won't be part of the participation rate calculation.

New employees? 🤔

You can set a waiting period before they are eligible for the survey without excluding them from the audience.

Our article on Survey Settings explains this feature in detail!

Steps to Exclude Users

  1. Go to the Surveys tab and select the survey type (Culture & Various Surveys or Integration & Exit Surveys).

  2. Click on the survey title to modify.
