Launching Alongside a Survey
Take advantage of moments when employees are already engaged. When they’re completing a survey, they’re in a reflective mindset thinking about their projects, colleagues, and daily work life. This is an ideal opportunity to invite them to collaborate.
Why is this the right moment?
🎯 Direct engagement: At the end of a survey, employees can be invited to share an idea or join a discussion in CoLab, increasing the chances of participation.
💬 Challenge reminders: They can browse active challenges, submit ideas, or simply re-engage with ongoing conversations.
When a Challenge Idea Emerges
Capitalize on moments when an issue, question, or opportunity arises. There’s never a bad time to launch a CoLab initiative. Just ensure it’s done with clarity and purpose.
Create a moment that shows it matters:
🗓️ Announce the launch during a team event or in an internal newsletter.
🙌 Publish an initial challenge and interact with it to set the tone.
✍️ Encourage leaders to post simple first ideas (this helps establish the style and spirit).

How to Deploy the Module to All Employees
Ready to roll out the CoLab module? Activation happens in two steps.
1️⃣ Step One
If not already done, activate the module. See Step 2 of the "Step-by-Step Guide to Launch the CoLab Module."
2️⃣ Step Two
Deploy the module to all employees, granting them access to the platform.
To do this, follow the instructions in the "Trigger the platform login email" section of the "Management of roles and access to the platform" article.
Launching with a Survey?
Schedule platform access for employees on the same date and time as your survey's launch.
This way, once they receive their activation email, they’ll be automatically redirected to the ongoing survey after their profile has been activated.
