Examples of Amélio Invitation Emails

Depending on the reality of your organisation or the modules you want to use on the platform, Amélio offers the possibility to give your managers or employees access to the platform.

🔔 Reminder: It is not mandatory that an employee has access to the Amelio platform to complete the surveys. The emailed survey link takes employees directly to the survey without having to log in each time.

Once access to the application is granted, an activation email will be sent to them.

Additional Information: Amélio also offers the ability to log into the platform by SSO with Microsoft Azure, without the employee having to create a password. To learn more about this login method, check out our article SSO Login to Amélio Platform.

Example of an invitation email sent to an employee

Access to the Amelio platform will generally be granted to employees when the Recognition and/or Innovation modules are enabled. This will allow them to contribute to these modules via the platform, and at the end of the survey.

The employee invitation email includes a brief summary of the Amélio platform.

Once the connection to the platform is granted, here is a sample email that will be sent to employees, inviting them to activate their account:

Access to the Amélio platform will generally be given so that managers can view the results of their teams' surveys. Managers will also be able to contribute to the Recognition and/or Innovation modules if those are enabled.

🔔 Reminder: The number of employees determines whether a manager will receive a login email, while the number of respondents determines whether they can see results.

If a manager has less than 5 employees, they will not receive a login email.

Once the connection to the platform is granted, here is a sample email that will be sent to managers inviting them to activate their account:

  1. Once the invitation email is received, the manager or employee simply clicks on the activation button.

  2. He will then be redirected to a web page where he can create his password.

  3. His account will then have been activated.

    1. If a survey is currently in progress, he/she will be redirected to the survey page and can complete it.
