Survey results in Amélio are always associated with the demographic attributes at the time when the employee completed each survey.

Therefore, old results are not automatically attributed to the new attribute because the employee gave their responses based on their position at the time they completed the survey.

For example, a marketing analyst may have answered the survey while part of Monique Chantilly's team, but they then moved to a new position as a project coordinator under a new manager, Jean Dutil.

As a result, their responses while on Monique's team may not necessarily apply to their new role. This is especially important to consider for the relationship with the new manager or colleagues who will be strongly impacted by the immediate team and manager.

Granting a manager access to another team's results

If you wish to give a new manager access to the results of the old team, you can provide them with special access to those results.

This way, you can give them access to a particular team even if they were not the manager of that team at the time the survey was completed.

If you instead wish to reassign all old results to a new manager, you can update one or more demographic attributes on past surveys.
