Here's How It Works
Challenges
An organization’s administrator defines specific questions or challenges.
Here are some examples:
Creating strategies to accelerate recruitment
Attracting millennials
Designing a new ad campaign to outperform competitors
Improving products or services
Employees can take part in challenges in various ways:
Via an email invitation
Directly on the platform
By volunteering to implement an idea
By voting for the best idea
Email Invitations
Once the challenge is launched, employees will receive an email with the challenge description, parameters, and deadline for submission (if applicable).
By clicking the Submit button, employees are redirected to the platform to submit their suggestions.
After completing a survey
Once the survey has been submitted, employees are asked a guided question and invited to share an idea.
Once an idea is published, it is shared with the intended audience selected by the submitter.
Colleagues with access can vote, comment, and improve the idea.
Account administrators always have access to all published suggestions
On The Platform
Employees can submit ideas anytime, such as suggestions on work processes or team activities.
To do so, navigate to the CoLab section located in the left-hand menu.
Employees then have a choice to add their suggestion or be inspired by various suggestions already available:
Employees can also choose which audience can access their suggestion, whether it be the whole organization, a department, or a private message intended for a single person.
Suggestions and comments can be posted anonymously or with a name.
➡️ Note: You can prevent employees from submitting suggestions to the entire company and from submitting private suggestions.
Here are the steps to follow:
Click on the Admin tab > Customization, and then on the Ideas & Suggestions menu.
Under Audience Customization, you can activate or deactivate the relevant features.
These options are only available if you have activated the CoLab module.
Volunteering
To turn ideas into actions, employees can volunteer to implement a suggestion. All they need to do is click on the icon.
Voting For The Best Idea
Challenge administrators can invite employees to vote for their favorite ideas to help identify the top choice.

Using The Module
To use CoLab, employees must have access to the Amélio platform to view, comment on, and submit ideas anytime.
If they do not have access, suggestions can be displayed after the next survey they complete. This can be configured at the organization level.

Labels make it easier to browse and categorise ideas.
Status
Statuses indicate which ideas are:
Retained
Under development
Completed
Employees can track the progress of their ideas directly on the platform.

Filtering Ideas
Filters at the top of the screen allow you to view ideas by:
Chronology (most recent to oldest)
Popularity (ideas with the most reactions 🤩)
Categories (custom categories created by the organization)
Audience (based on who can see the idea)
