It is possible to make quick changes to employees' profiles using the Table view on the Colleagues tab.
Remember : By default, only HR employees and account administrators have access to edit and/or modify colleagues. For more information on roles and permissions, click here.
Steps
To proceed, you can follow these simple steps:
Select the Colleagues tab;
Click on the Table View / Edit Mode button;
You will receive a message indicating that :
The changes made will be automatically saved;
There is no "Save" button.
You can check the box to enable Edit mode.
Double-click in the cell of the value to be changed;
Make the desired change(s).
The changes will be automatically recorded.
From this table, you can also access the employees' profiles, by clicking on the 3 dots to the left of the employee's line to be modified.
Possible changes
With the Table view, it is possible to modify the following employee information:
First and last name
Email address
Employee number
Name of the manager
Job title
Department
Place of work
Any other custom attribute
📌 Please note: It is not possible to change the birthday, hiring date, or role with the Table view/Edit mode.
