Modify Employees with the Table View in the Colleagues Tab

It is possible to make quick changes to employees' profiles using the Table view on the Colleagues tab.

Remember : By default, only HR employees and account administrators have access to edit and/or modify colleagues. For more information on roles and permissions, click here.

Steps

To proceed, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the Colleagues tab;

  2. Click on the Table View / Edit Mode button;

  3. You will receive a message indicating that :

    1. The changes made will be automatically saved;

    2. There is no "Save" button.

    You can check the box to enable Edit mode.

  4. Double-click in the cell of the value to be changed;

  5. Make the desired change(s).

The changes will be automatically recorded.

From this table, you can also access the employees' profiles, by clicking on the 3 dots to the left of the employee's line to be modified.

Possible changes

With the Table view, it is possible to modify the following employee information:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Employee number

  • Name of the manager

  • Job title

  • Department

  • Place of work

📌 Please note: It is not possible to change the birthday, hiring date, or role with the Table view/Edit mode.
