What is Employer Branding?

Employer branding encompasses all the actions taken by an organization to enhance its reputation and create an appealing work environment.

It's an essential aspect for any organization looking to stand out. The goal is to attract top talent, retain existing employees, and promote engagement and productivity within the organization.

Leveraging Your Strengths and an Authentic Image

Given that organizations with a strong employer brand receive twice as many applications, it's in your best interest to emphasize what positively defines you as an employer.

To set yourself apart, Amélio recommends an approach that focuses on defining and developing your employer brand by highlighting your company's true strengths and what truly matters within your organization and for your employees. This approach ensures that the external image aligns with the actual experience employees have internally. This, in turn, prevents disappointments and ensures the recruitment of individuals who will thrive within the organization.

Through this page, managers can focus on crucial aspects of their team, while HR employees and account administrators have the opportunity to focus on the entire organization, covering all important angles.

Configuration and Display Details

Configure Questions Related to Your Employer Brand Page

All of this is achievable by incorporating a few questions into your surveys.

Filters and Periods

Just like on the other results pages, you'll be able to select multiple filters and specific periods at the top of the page to target certain elements or events, for example.

The importance ratings of items are calculated based on the most recent evaluation of each employee up to the end date of the filtered period, even if that evaluation predates the beginning of the period. In other words, importance evaluations conducted in January, for instance, will help identify priorities in the reports even if the analysis period is in the following March. Since the concept of importance changes less over time than the concept of performance, it can be reused without continuously questioning employees about it.

Performance scores, on the other hand, are always based solely on the filtered period. In summary:

  • The employer brand page will display the importance graph even if the question was asked before the filtered period. The other graphs on the page correspond only to the filtered period.

  • The above notes apply only to employees who responded to the survey with a personalized link. Importance evaluations submitted through universal links will only be used for the filtered period since these evaluations cannot be linked to a specific employee.
